John studied at the DeCordova Museum School in Lincoln, MA. and now paints independently and with friends as a balance to his work as a psychotherapist. His work appears regularly in shows around New England. John is known locally for his small-scale landscapes, rich colors and the realistic treatment of his subjects. His work is often described as tranquil and serene by those who have taken a piece into their home.
